Anglepoise Lamp Model 99, Herbert Terry, England, 1970

Width: 13.5cm
Height: 47cm

Anglepoise was founded in the 1930’s when engineer George Carwardine invented a spring mechanism that could maintain its position once moved. Blueprints were made for the lamp based on the same mechanism, and since then Anglepoise has maintained its image as an iconic piece of British design. This desk lamp was produced from the 1970s to 1990s. It comes in white and features a square base and adjustable gooseneck. The condition is used but works perfectly; expect plenty of light surfacewear due to its age. Bulb included.

Please note this item is collection only from Camberwell, SE5.
