Rosenthal Paper Bag Vase, Tapio Wirkkala, Finland, 1977

A highly collectible Rosenthal ceramic paper bag vase designed by Finnish designer Tapio Wirkkala for Rosenthal Studio Line’s ‘DO NOT LITTER’ series, 1970s. Wirkkala succeeded in creating an object that became a Rosenthal classic, and has been produced for nearly four decades without any changes. This vase is a vintage piece so expect light surface wear and marks. Made of porcelain with a matte finish.
