Launched by Terry and Tricia Jones in 1980, i-D began as a fanzine dedicated to the street style of punk-era London, and embarked on a journey that revolutionised not only the world of fashion publishing, but fashion itself. This is the 11th issue, entitled Survival Bible Part.1, and covers street style around England, with shoutouts to Manchester, Liverpool and London. The condition is very good considering its age, with some day-to-day signs of wear to be expected. To buy this magazine is like buying a time machine; an incredible look at cultural trends in the 1980’s. Originate, don’t imitate.
