Conservare Lo Spirito Dell’Infanzia, Bruno Munari, Japan, 2018


One of Italy’s most notable designers and artists Bruno Munari was a leading figure in the Italian Futurist movement. The ‘Conservare Lo Spirito Dell’Infanzia’ exhibition was held at the MoMa in Hayama, Japan in 2018, featuring 320 pieces, with over 150 being shown in Japan for the first time. This promotional double sided poster created for the exhibition features an image of Munari himself with some of his most iconic books, as well as cut-outs of some notable designs including the Falkland pendant lamp for Danese. Printed on thin newspaper-style stock and in excellent condition. A rare find outside of Japan.
